隨著時代的變遷以及網路、科技的進步,行動裝置日漸普及化,越來越多的人們選擇使用智慧型手錶,介面設計的重要性日益凸顯,其介面設計與桌面應用程式介面設計存在許多差異,例如屏幕尺寸較小、使用情境複雜多樣等。因此,在智慧型手錶介面設計上需要更加注重用戶體驗,將用戶需求與設計融合在一起,以確保設計的高品質和有效性。 本研究以台灣國際航電為例,聚焦於介面設計對使用者經驗與再購意願之研究。本研究目的為:首先分析Garmin智慧型手錶介面設計對使用者經驗與再購意願影響之關聯性,其次分析使用者經驗對再購意願影響之關聯性,最後針對Garmin智慧型手錶介面設計的整體規劃提供未來改善之建議。 本研究採用網路問卷方式進行,以曾使用過台灣國際航電智慧型手錶為研究對象,回收244份有效問卷,透過 SPSS Statistics 26統計軟體,研究結果為:1.使用者介面與使用者經驗呈正向影響。2.使用者介面與再購意願呈正向影響。3.使用者經驗與再購意願呈正向影響。並經由研究發現:1.不同性別對使用者經驗之於購買意願間並無顯著影響。2.使用Garmin智慧型手錶時間在使用者介面、使用者經驗及再購意願間並無顯著影響。並針對Garmin智慧型手錶介面設計規劃改善與建議:1.強化彩色顯示技術,提升視覺吸引力。2.融入現代化設計元素,吸引年輕消費者。3.根據不同收入群體的需求進行市場細分,提供針對性的功能和服務。4.增加高端用戶的專屬服務和增值服務,以提升其滿意度和品牌忠誠度。. With the passage of time and the advancement of the internet and technology, smartwatches are becoming increasingly popular. As a result, the importance of interface design is becoming more prominent. The interface design of smartwatches differs significantly from that of desktop applications due to smaller screen sizes and more complex usage scenarios. Therefore, smartwatch interface design needs to focus more on user experience, integrating user needs with design to ensure high quality and effectiveness. This study focuses on Taiwan's Garmin, examining the relationship between interface design, user experience, and repurchase intention. The objectives of this study are: firstly, to analyze the correlation between Garmin smartwatch interface design and user experience as well as repurchase intention; secondly, to analyze the impact of user experience on repurchase intention; and finally, to provide suggestions for future improvements in the overall planning of Garmin smartwatch interface design. The study was conducted using an online questionnaire, targeting individuals who have used Garmin smartwatches. A total of 244 valid responses were collected and analyzed using SPSS Statistics 26. The results of the study are as follows: 1. User interface positively impacts user experience. 2. User interface positively impacts repurchase intention. 3. User experience positively impacts repurchase intention. Additionally, the study found: 1. There is no significant impact of gender on the relationship between user experience and purchase intention. 2. The duration of using Garmin smartwatches does not significantly impact user interface, user experience, or repurchase intention. Based on these findings, the study provides the following recommendations for improving Garmin smartwatch interface design: 1. Enhance color display technology to increase visual appeal. 2.
